 As a Gen X African American woman living in Pittsburgh, I wear many hats and excel in multiple industries. As the CEO of a niche minority media company, I have spearheaded the development of a thriving community website and print magazine that promotes diversity and inclusion.

In addition to my role as a media executive, I am also a valuable employee for a data analytics company specializing in data, casino, health, and medical cannabis analytics. Leveraging my expertise in data analysis, I help our clients make informed decisions that drive growth and profitability in these flourishing industries.

But that's not all – I also work on a mobile app for local government that aims to improve civic engagement and promote transparency. Through my work, I am able to bridge the gap between technology and government, empowering citizens to have a more active role in their communities.

With a strong work ethic and a passion for innovation, I am a trailblazer in every industry I enter. Whether I am leading a team, analyzing data, or developing cutting-edge technology, I am committed to excellence and driven by a desire to make a positive impact in the world.

In 2007, Aaron Lamar entered a talent show while in prison. He entered

as a comic and won the event by making a group of men that are never

going home fall out their seats with laughter. From that point on Aaron

started writing jokes and upon his release in 2010 he hit the ground

running, establishes Laughter in Hard Times LLC, and has not looked

back. He traded a life of crime for a life of comedy.

After starting his comedy career in 2010 upon his release from prison,

Aaron was fortunate enough to perform in Michigan’s finest comedy

venues including, Punchline Comedy Club, Ann Arbor Comedy

Showcase, and the Riverside Art Center where he produced over thirty

comedy and poetry events.

Aaron Lamar hosted and featured in over one hundred comedy shows

at bars, pubs, and theatres around the nation before shooting his own

sold-out comedy special in 2019 aptly titles, “I Might Get in Trouble for

This”. His style of comedy is edgy and unique and comes from a place of

personal experience.
